The core innovation of the FREEDOM system lies in its advanced kinematics. It typically employs a multi-axis configuration, most commonly a high-precision industrial robotic arm mounted on a linear track (creating a 7th axis) and working in concert with a programmable servo-driven rotary-tilt table.
